ok,... i played OA today and i discovered that no matter what i do, the graphics of the bullets and guns are missing!

Works fine for me.

Go into your q3config.cfg it should be in the baseoa folder. If your running Windows it may be in another place(from what I've heard that is).

Find the section called cg_drawgun "0" and replace the "0" with a "1", you should now be able to see your gun.
For gibs(bload guts) look for cg_gibs "0" and replace with "1"
For fancy shadows look for cg_shadows "" and replace with cg_shadows "2"


That should fix most of your problems and gie you a few extras too. Smiley

sorry that did not work. when i open the q3config.cfg file, the thing says what to 'open with' i do not know what program i should open it with?

If it is a configuration problem and you don't know how to fix it, just delete q3config.cfg and then play the game, you'll have to configure everything over again (Resolution and stuff like that, nothing too hard) but at least it should fix the problem.

to open a config file use gedit in linux (or some other text editor) and notepad in windows.
