This is /V/RashDawg.  /V/ has been flooded with so many people wanting to join, but we do not recruit anymore as we have a big enough team already.  I am trying to start a "Beginners Clan".  There would be no recruiting for this (mainly CTF but training would benefit DM players also) clan.  It would be a clan for new players to learn in.  The players are not tied down to the clan they are free to come and go as they please.  This would be kind of like a recruiting pool that clans could look at players, and recruit them.  I am trying to get all the OA clans involved in this.  If you are a player interested in in joining this "clan", or a player interested in being a part of the training process please reply.

Hey thats cool.  Go to Viles CTF, or Brutal CTF and talk with Bogie or Odigo.  They are the main ones in charge right now.  Both of them play quite a bit.  They are both nice and can help you learn how to play.

and if you see me, feel free to ask away Wink

watch this video: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=485602530153341227&hl=en
it teaches how to jump fast and far. mainly focus on the strafe jumping and circle jumping

also keep in mind the rocket jumps and plasma climbs
as you will not be able to do as many in an actual game, they are still useful

I'm also interested in a beginners clan. I've played a few games, so I'm not bad, but still could improve.

I'm not sure if they are still doing the beginners clan anymore. Goto the capture the flag section and look for the Brutal CTF server. Find BrutalOdigo or /v/Bogie and ask them if they are still doing this beginners clan aka [N] clan
