also, the best ctf player will be different from the best 1v1 player, and the best defrag player. You cant simply clump everybody in a linear tier list. another thing, ping is a massive variable. north america wont go onto rainbow servers, and europe wont go on american servers: all because of ping. ppl with better ping, will preform better. that is a fact. So in order to find the best player in oa, you need to put both europe and north/south america together, in a head to head competition. depending on where the server is located, ppl will have much different pings, which will play a HUGE role in deciding who is 'best'. Overall, its impossible to fully determine the absolute best player of oa, because of the neverending amount of johns. ie ping.
