Hello,

Do the dreamcast maps work with open arena? I installed the map pack, but I can not find the maps in OpenArena.

Thanks.

Don't know what the dreamcast maps are, but not all maps show up in the map-menu system if you have too many there (don't know if this limitation is fixed in SVN) but in order to select a map for play, you can bring down the console and type:
Code:
/map <name of your map>
and it should start.

I just tried it. Downloaded it from fileshack, put it in baseoa and everything worked fine. Two points of interest though. The first is that there are a number of missing textures. The second is that the maps are named differently from their Q3 counterparts. Q3DM1 is dc_map02, Q3DM2 is dc_map03 and so on.

Thanks a lot for the help guys. I didn't realize that I would have to load them from the console window.

And you're right, there are a lot of textures missing.
