Is there a list of command line options anywhere?

I'm trying to run open arena from a portable harddrive and I want to keep the config file on the portable drive and not write anything to the PC I'm running it from.

The command line options in OA are just any command or cvar that can be used through the in game console (AFAIK).

If you wanted to set fs_homepath (which will set the path where configs are saved) then you would use:

openarena.exe +set fs_homepath /path/to/where/game/is/installed
