Sys_Error: Couldn't allocate IP port

First i was working on a dedicated server, copied some files and it worked so i tried to connect from a other pc and i had a error (searched for it on the forum) seemed to be that i had to install the patch. But after installing the patch the patch the server keeps complaining about "Sys_Error: Couldn't allocate IP port". I have changed the IP in my config file but nothing. Anyone any idea?

Anyone knows what it means?

Fixed it!

I just downloaded the hole game again extracted it again made a new config file copied pasted everything in it and it worked again!
