I zipped the files and renamed it to .pk3 but I can't get it to load. Couldn't find void4.bsp in maps/void4.bsp or something like that. Does anyone still have the pk3 file or what should I do to correct the problem?

place void4.bsp into a map directory then zip the map directory.

The rename to .pk3
Place in your baseoa folder. It should then work fine.

Don't forget /sv_pure 0
The error message without it is confusing, telling you the map doesn't exist, instead of saying something like "Cannot load custom map in pure mode".
