All i get is a magnified screen, sound no oa screen at all.

Tried uninstall/reinstall didn't work

Where are the setting held? can i delete and try again?

You could try deleting your config files. What operating system do you use?

Sounds like you are playing with the resolutions

Blindly type the following into the console (pull down with ~)
r_mode 4
vid_restart
Logged
asking when OA3 will be done won't get OA3 done.
Progress of OA3 currently occurs behind closed doors alone

I do not provide technical support either.
