OK i know that the post is above me but how do i get it to work...i download the patch and nothing happns please help me someone......
Ive downloaded alot just tell me what i should download and i will.

If you've downloaded the regular OA (0.7.6) just download the files for the patch and put them in the folder that holds your OA 1.7.6. Overwrite any existing files in there at the moment, and it should work.
