Hi there!

I wonder if anybody may be able to tell me what is wrong by seeing the error log given below. For map development I had to extract any pk3 file (the unextracted OA runs perfectly). On startup anything works fine. The main menu comes up as expected and you also can select any option given, even single player or multiplayer. Then when trying to join a multiplayer game or starting a single player round OA exits coming up with this error: "VM_Create on UI failed".

Make sure that the server you are trying to create is NOT pure or it will only allow files from pk3-files. You will not be able to join Internet servers with your extracted version unless you still have the pk3 files available.

Thanks alot sago007. You are completly right of course! Now it works great. Usually I started maps for testing through linkages with tag sv_pure 0 so I never experienced this error then.
