Model blender Gladiatore :
http://www.mediafire.com/file/ymqtjtnjy2m/Gladiatore(2) .blend
I tried to create a 3D gladiatore in the hope that it is at least useful! Is made with blender and then blend the file is. of course you have permission to modify it and maybe placed with the changes (say GPL) ... it has no texture and armor, only masch!

Pretty cool!

The helmet has a nice menacing look.

mmm ... ha ha! however, not be gladiatore ... you say we put the bone and the texture or must improve masch? then you have to put the bones to the claims of the hand ... ? and then recommended to combine the head of the body before putting the bones fi (just a 'double-join)?

I'm a n00b. If it were me, I would make sure I was happy with the mesh before starting bones or texturing.

It might be a good idea to test the model in game (I can help if you like). Meshes look a little different in blender than in OA. I think it has to do with FOV. I use a 60+ lens in blender view port instead of the 35 lens default but it's still not quite right.

Have you seen the .blend files for OA's player models? Some of them are really good. I particularly like Sergei's which is in the 'dmo' folder.

@ jackoverfull :
l 'helmet is different! but did not crest feathers and a network feasible with transparent textures, there it is:

@Snickersnack
Interesting link!
So taking cue: continuous chest a little below the helmet and the back! Detachment join the pelvis and legs ... OK to leave your hands as they are or join your fingers? and finally I just head, chest and pelvis as pieces, it ...

Fingers can be seperate or joined, Fingers will be more work to bone and animate. FPS move quickly so they're not very important. Doom3 marine only has 3 fingers.

Cutting the mesh into 3 pieces allows for the best animation. You don't have to use 3 pieces though. Angelyss is one piece and Arachna 2 but they move a little strangely.

put the texture(feather and the network side have dulla transparency where there is black)! put the bones but not implemented or nearly! hands I left with 5 fingers which could be put to accept 'only weapon, and perhaps mention the movement! I also put a shield but if annoyed by the summit will not protest if sgeglie to remove itself is too strong!
The file is ... Gladiatore Final. Blend ... and is located here:
http://www.mediafire.com/file/mmymnt2zdem/Gladiatore Definitivo .blend.zip

If someone more experienced wants to adjust the position of hands (maybe bending the fingers to keep the weapons ...) and connect the bones to the mash is great, then if I do I will certainly take the rtocchi then ...

I put the bones! But I have not touched the hands that you have to bend in an appropriate manner the fingers over the thumb, depending on how you want to challenge the arms! always there if you want to add the bones (if you need me say!)
Note: In blender just rename the bones that the group bones you rename automatically
