I had the impression that in a tournament server, when a game ends, the spectator that plays with the winner is the one who waited the most, meaning the spectators list is a FIFO queue, but often this is not the case. Where is the problem coming from, or am I missing something?

It's a bug, reconnecting to the server can help (after you wait all over again, or get the other players to go spectate the second they get to play)
