Strange....!  From one minute to the next OA didn't work right.  All of my settings have dissappeared, and the sound doesn't work.  It also crashes when I try and exit.  I didn't change anything, suddenly it flipped out!  When I try to load my .cfg file (that worked fine before), it tells me:

Cbuf_InsertText overflowed

.. and doesn't load my settings. 
I had a similar problem before, which seems to vanish just as mysteriously.  Anyone understand this?

Did you download some pk3 on some server ? (with autodownload).
If so, I suggest you to clean your baseoa directory (move pk3s elsewhere).

You have q3config.cfg file that has too many cvars or oversized.
