what do I have to do to start OA in version 0.8.1? Keep loading my old OA.

Any ideas? I'm sure there something i need to do in one of my .cfg files. No idea what though.

It could be because you have some VM files in your ~HOME/baseoa directory ?
I think the version print in top right corner depends on these VMs.

I found out the reason was that in my hidden baseoa folder, the pak7-patch.pk3 file was there. It had to be deleted. It looked like it worked. Its just that simple.

I forgot the name of the person who told me this but Thanks alot!
