I am working on an iPhone based Quake III project and need a drop-in replacement for the entire /base3 directory. The only catch is every piece of text, music, and graphics provided whether Open Source or original has to be warranted as to origin being other than from iD.

This post on Craigslist just went up:

After I complete the Quake III project I'd be happy to work on porting Open Arena too.

You mean, baseq3 directory.

I'd say you have almost everything you need, asset-wise, in OpenArena. I suppose all you have to do is to make a selection, rework them to make them smaller in size... right ?

Q3 turned into opensource = OA, more or less, you can directly work with us Cheesy Or maybe I missed something.

I see your project is a bit redundant, though do you have any foresight in art direction on it? $1,000 is a lot of money in relation to 1998 technical direction. For reference, OA had no budget to speak of to produce what it has now.

asking when OA3 will be done won't get OA3 done.
Progress of OA3 currently occurs behind closed doors alone

I do not provide technical support either.
