Can anyone point me to an easy way to make something similar (doesn't have to be exact)

I don't want to import any models and must be gpl compliant also.
I am thinking just some triangle brushes bunched together and a shader would do it but I don't feel like reinventing the wheel to get this done. But if I must, I will. Thanks.

Isn't there a plant shader in the czest3ctf folder?

I thought I saw one somewhere but I wasn't hitting the right keywords when I was searching the directories.
fir_branch should work and I can put something together for the bushes. Thanks.
