In the NYCC 2012, Yoshinori Ono from Capcom revealed this concept trailer:

In order to support a future Darkstalkers game, Capcom released Darkstalkers: Resurrection, a pack containing both Night Warriors: Darkstalkers Revenge and Darkstalkers 3. Word of Capcom said that a new entry in the Darkstalkers series depends on how well Darkstalkers: Resurrection sells.

unfortunately they replaced the icons for the select screen with badly drawn faces that look UDON (which is another word for UGLY to me) Sad

In addition, Hsien-Ko on the big Darkstalkers Resurrection pic also has some failed reference use! The hat's ball is a cat bell (WTF?!) and her sleeve is wrong and doesn't go down the dress.
