How dose one get open-arena on windows

Hi I use to play all the time but my PC is down and now have to use laptop and I like it to be my back up and on windows but I wanna play open arena

Unless something has changed, you just need to go to http://www.openarena.ws/download.php and select the release you want--the newest (and I am assuming the one you want) being 0.8.8.
