Before we start, yes, there IS the Quake Tribute mappack. However, bear with me, this is just about two games.

This year is the 20th. anniversary of the release of both Quake III Arena and Unreal Tournament. I was thinking on doing a milestone tribute mappack. That's it!

Information about what this pack is about and what the rules are can be found here.

Which maps can enter? The following tributes:

"Detailed" is nice, but if it gets in the way of clarity, it ceases being a nice addition and becomes a problem. - TVT

    Here's our Github repository, with a VERY pre-alpha conversion I just started: UT99's DM-Oblivion.

also to be double clear this isn't an official OA project.

asking when OA3 will be done won't get OA3 done.
Progress of OA3 currently occurs behind closed doors alone

I do not provide technical support either.

Do you mean that the link in the fist post here: http://openarena.ws/board/index.php?topic=5287.0 gives you some kind of error? Which error?
[UPDATE: I see you managed to join the Discord. Fine.]

PS: Tried the map. Very good, it feels to be at home! ^_^
Of course, texturing still needs to be polished a bit, but map is nice. From an aesthetic point of view, I found a bit odd the geometry at the top of some doorways. From a gameplay point of view, I noticed you bump your head too easily when using the jumppads to reach the upper floor.

Thanks Gig for Discord support and map feedback.  Kiss

Yes, same issues I have noted at the jumppads while my test matches.
Can you give me more details about the ood doorways, would like to improve it.  punched

The odd part is where the two parts of the top of the doorway connect. There is that "space" in the middle which seems a bit strange. But maybe it's just a feeling of mine.

Unfortuntaly, uploading to the forum still doesn't work, so I sent you screenshot via Discord PM.

Not yet. Only shells uploaded to the repo. I think q3ctf1 can be compiled and made to work.
