http://openarena.ws/haktoria

yeah, it's pretty crap, stuck in the 90s and all. No CSS here.

What I plan:
- cookie age verification from selecting birthdate (if wrong, send to page with a bunch of friendly links)
- english page, german page, french page, and japanese page (currently only eng/jpn)
- SMF forum feed for news (I have that leftover script from the old OA site design for this)
- adagio for strings
- dark grey, + red or desaturated bright bluegreen for color scheme (combo between hexetic colors)
- concept sketches would appear slightly blurred and downsized, inverted, blended into the background without touching margins of anything (is this possible in CSS?)

asking when OA3 will be done won't get OA3 done.
Progress of OA3 currently occurs behind closed doors alone

I do not provide technical support either.

It's no porn site, but many commercial game sites (particularily ESRB M-rated games published by the BIG NAMES) ask for age as well. Being a free game most likely googlesearched by children (that usually want stick dying stuff and smash brothers clones) I just want to cover my bases.

I might base the site's design off an old OSWD site that doesn't look too hip and has enough space for images

Is there any sort of actual in-court ass-covering leverage offered by implementing a system like that as opposed to what you've got on the mockup?  Because if there's not, it's a stupid idea, the ones who want to see it will just lie anyways and it ends up serving mainly as an inconvenience to the rest of us.

Also, The Linux Game Tome is a rather horrible choice of site to put under the header of "FOSS Gaming", they don't care if it's FOSS or not over there, only if it runs on Linux.

I'm not too sure about putting animation on the back of the menu like that either.  Elsewise it's decent, aside from the lack of content and all Tongue

Or even freshmeat.net would be better because at least you can sort by license which might make LGT halfway useful if you could do that, but noooooo...
