Hello everyone,

Does anyone know good training maps that I can download to improve my skills?

JukeBoxHero

P.S. Maybe we can set up a forum sticky note for training maps, which even though are not GPL'd, but players can download externally to practice etc.

You should try the mod Defrag

There are lots of maps for Defrag on http://q3a.ath.cx
Here are maps, demos and more http://www.breakdown-hq.com/

Thank you everyone for your responses. I will check out those links that have been posted.

I have a question though. I have a public OA server that I keep online some of the time. Can I put these other maps from the sites you pointed out in rotation on my public server? Will it be ok as far as licensing etc is concerned? I am still more or less a newbie in this so an answer to my query will be greatly appreciated Smiley

Of course you can!
Just make sure the players which will play on your server have automatic downloading on. (It's off by default)
