i found an interesting site that covers quake3 modding.

it is pretty cool. any other links i should know about?  :-)

i'd vaguely glanced at the ioquake3 source code before, but thought it would be too complex. looking through some of the tutorials it seemed fairly easy, so i started wading through and experimenting. it's really easy to change a lot of stuff and i've bought myself a big book on c programming. i can really see myself getting into this.
