A small idea from a question by a guy named LoverNotFighter on Discord.

What about a cvar or dmflags to prevent health and armor from slowing going down to 100 (or whatever your base value is if you set an handicap)?

Not a real priority of course, but sounds like a nice and simple addition.

Note, if implemented, maybe one should test it does not mess up with Guard rune, as it does a similar thing.
